Basic email hosting is included with all of our web hosting packages and can be managed by yourself or South Wales IT if requested.

Adding additional email addresses can be done with just a few clicks and connection details for the most common email clients are provided in the user interface. Our basic system can manage up to around 30 light usage users, for more users or with larger mailboxes please see our advanced email.

Our servers support the following

• 3 Web based clients to choose from, Roundcube, Horde and Squirrel Mail
• Compatible with MS Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple mail app

For more demanding users we can offer an email and collaboration system based upon the open source Zimbra suite.

Zimbra includes the following features :

• Advanced web interface similar to Outlook
• Option to share calendars and address book
• Accessible from a wide range of devices
• Supports iCal, IMAP, POP, SMTP
• Desktop application allows offline usage
• Mailboxes scale to over 10GB
• Desktop app and Web client are very similar, easy learning curve.
